A pretty memorable gig by Cradle of Filth - IMO one of those shows where it's pretty cool to have a recording. It is said that Danny Filth (the singer) was drunk as hell and nearly got arrested because he bothered the police and their dogs. The festival organizer made a deal with the police so Danny didn't get arrested but a security guy had to take care and "protect him from himself".
His voice was as bad as it can get and the fat ugly lady that did the backing vocals sucked as well. You can clearly hear on the recording how bad his voice was - I was standing DFC. After a few songs people started booing him, showing their middle fingers and chanting for other bands like Motörhead which played after COF and Danny got so mad that he started throwing fans (ventilators, not people ;) from the stage into the crowd and kicking spotlights from the stage. A security guy in front got hit by a fan and the security team decided to leave. People started throwing things after Danny (bottles etc...) which he rocketed back into the crowd. After he announced "The Principle of Evil Made Flesh" his band left the stage and Danny got arrested directly after the gig. Their salary was also cut by 6000 Euros.
